Lenger Seafoods Vietnam (Nam Dinh)
Lenger Seafoods Vietnam is a leading processor of clams, mussels, and oysters, backed by its Dutch parent company and operating under strict international food-safety systems such as HACCP. The company has long supplied premium shellfish products to major markets including the U.S., EU, and Japan.
Scope with VietMerry: VietMerry and Lenger are discussing the potential expansion into canned seafood production, combining Lenger’s raw-material expertise and certification systems with VietMerry’s market access and product development capabilities. (This remains at the stage of exploration and has not been finalized as a contract or agreement.)
Vietnam’s First ASC Clam Farm Celebrates Certification

Vietnam is one of the biggest producers of ASC certified seafood with hundreds of certified farms, but one company still managed to achieve a first for the country last year.
Lenger Seafood Vietnam is a clam producer based in the Nam Dinh province in the north of the country, and following certification by independent conformity assessment body Control Union it became the first of its kind to achieve ASC certification in Vietnam.
In fact, while there are already ASC certified clam farms elsewhere, Lenger is the first anywhere in the world to achieve certification for farming this particular species of clam – known as the hard clam (Meretrix Lyrata)....
Lac Phuc Can Manufacturing Co., Ltd.
Lac Phuc is a Vietnam-based, China-invested can manufacturing company, producing food-grade tinplate cans such as round and club formats widely used for seafood and fruit processing.
Scope with VietMerry: VietMerry is exploring the possibility of building a partnership with Lac Phuc to ensure stable can supply and customized packaging support for future seafood and agricultural processing projects in Vietnam.
